I try my hardest to talk about environmental science at least once a week on my page because it would be pretty absurd to exclude it from a blog about human health. To say we are intricately connected to nature actually wouldn't even cut it... we ARE nature, and abide by all the same laws of physics.
I gave the lecture above to North Central State College, and hope you give it a listen! In this chat, I explain one of the most basic concepts in environmental science, which is carrying capacity. I then explain why that matters for climate change, where we stand in the crisis, and what we should be doing about it as individuals.
